QUALITY HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT

General Statement of Policy:

Our policy at Cecan International Company Limited (CICL) is to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work for all employees and to provide such information, training and supervision to meet purpose specification. We will ensure that employees will be able to communicate quickly, easily and effectively with senior management on any health and safety issues. We also accept out duty/responsibilities for the health and safety of other people who may be affected by our activities, such as client/customers, employees, host communities and general public.

CICL also recognises the importance of ensuring that all our operations and activities are conducted in such a manner that environmental considerations are always made to minimize detrimental effect on the environment.

CICL have accepted safety as the company’s primary consideration in every facet of the company’s operations.

As the General manager/CEO, I certify that I cannot over emphasis our commitment to health, safety and environment, and in line with my fellow employees, we will ensure the safety possible work environment practices is achieved by obeying acceptable Standard Operating Procedures ‘SOP’
